You wouldn’t think that ‘fruity’ would be a word to describe cheese, but our Gruyere’s creamy sweetness lingers on the palette like wine (if wine was made of cheese, that is). A gift from the Swiss, it tastes lovely with Riesling, or melted for fondue if you fancy a retro throwback.
