Mixing traditional cheesemaking skills with our own innovative techniques, we handcraft small-batch cheese varieties that are driven by flavour. Made using fresh whole milk from a farm that’s just down the road from our Artisan Factory in Geraldine, our wide range of cheeses are delicious, indulgent and exceptionally moreish.

Firm

Classic, mature and full of flavour the firm cheese category is large with the most number of cheeses. They can be supple and elastic in texture or crumbly, dry and brittle.

Indulgently smooth and sweet, soft cheeses are creamy, velvety, light and melt in the mouth.
